2016 VFF Conference

This year's conference is jam-packed full of inspiring guest speakers, Presidential and committee elections, the VFF EGM as well as an all-inclusive port tour for delegates.

The VFF Livestock, VFF Conference & VFF EGM will be held on Thursday, 21 and Friday, 22 July at Rydges Melbourne, 186 Exhibition Street.

Hear from keynote speaker, Kate O'Callaghan General Manager of Southern Cotton on how growers got together to start a cotton gin that has become one of Australia’s best. After just four seasons, Southern Cotton have processed more than 500,000 bales and employ over 40 seasonal and 11 full time staff.

Conference will also include a guided tour of the Port of Melbourne. Delegates will be transported by bus to Melbourne's Docklands for the rare opportunity to see first hand the port's facilities and operations.

On day two, hear from the Premier of Victoria Hon. Daniel Andrews, and discuss getting your farm business Investment Ready with our panel of guest speakers and participate in debates on issues such as foreign investment, rural rates and rural telecommunications.
