Queensland is now the most valuable agricultural state in the country, producing almost a quarter of Australia’s food and fibre – and demand is growing.
But for Queensland agriculture to achieve its full potential, we need governments to adopt the right policy settings so farmers can get on with the job of feeding our state, our country and consumers in many other nations across the world.
This election, we're calling on all parties and candidates to endorse four simple themes to help our farmers thrive.
