Sustainable Ag Employment Guides

The National Farmers' Federation (NFF) and the Produce Marketing Association (PMA A-NZ) have developed a useful guide for sustainable agricultural employment and labour contracting on Australian farms.

The guides, which include an overview and checklist, are designed to help employers understand legal obligations and engage workers and labour contractors effectively.

Establishing a consistent and coordinated approach to workforce engagement offers the potential to lift productivity, while promoting fairness at work.
