NFF 2030 Leaders Program application form

The National Farmers’ Federation (NFF), in conjunction with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF), is pleased to announce that the 2019 application round of the NFF 2030 Leaders Program is now open.

The NFF encourages all individuals over the age of 18, currently involved in agriculture and seeking to develop their leadership skills, to apply now.

Successful participants will develop their leadership capabilities in critical thinking, persuasion and influence, negotiation, facilitation, and communication across a range of scenarios.

The program will also facilitate a deeper understanding of the shared leadership challenges and opportunities faced by Australian agriculture.

Upon completion of the program, participants will gain entry into the NFF and ARLF alumni, providing ongoing peer support across the sector.

The program will be run over two session in Canberra between September and October 2019.

Applications close ​​Tuesday, 2 July 2019.

To complete the application you will need:

  1. An up-to-date CV.
  2. The names and contact details of two (2) referees.
  3. Prepare answers to the following questions:
  • What does being a leader in the Australian agricultural industry mean to you?
  • What role do you think leadership will play in ensuring the NFF 2030 Roadmap achieves its vision?
  • What actions have you already undertaken, or are you undertaking, as a leader?
  • How do you hope this program will benefit you and your leadership?
